Lonesome train

This to me is just a 12 bar blues in E simplified... as I don't hear a IV chord...

So all E, except:

Is it headed [B]up, is it headed [E]down

Oh well, could be that there's more happening, 

but the "Number 10" just doesn't inspire me to do more than that...
