Not one of my favourites, so, here's just the chord progression...
It's a 12 bar blues in Ab:
Ab for four bars
Db for two bars
Ab for two bars
Eb for one bar
Db for one bar
Ab for two bars...
Again there is no fifth chord at the end there... he just doesn't seem to like it.
